How it works

From idea to quote in three steps.

  1. 01

    Pick your enclosure and a face

    Door, top, bottom, sides, back or the inside mounting panel. Click it on the 3D model or use the tabs.

  2. 02

    Place cutouts exactly

    Round and rectangular holes, 22.5 and 30.5 mm pushbuttons, metric and NPT cable glands, IMD display openings, fan and filter openings and windows. Drag them, or type X/Y from the centre or a corner, in mm or inches.

  3. 03

    Check, attach and send

    Red marks show overlaps and cutouts too close to the gasket, hinge, latch or an edge, in plain words. Attach your own drawings, download the layout as a dimensioned PDF or DXF, and request a quote.

Wall-mount enclosures are manufacturer-rated NEMA 4X-type / IP66 - not UL listed. HMI enclosures are IP65-type at the front seal with the display installed. Once cutouts are added, the rating of the finished enclosure depends on properly rated components and cable glands being installed in every opening.
