Warranty

Industrial Monitor Direct covers every unit it ships for three years, parts and labor. This page summarizes the warranty terms; the IMD warranty page is the authoritative text.

Coverage

Three years from the date you receive the unit, covering parts and labor on manufacturing defects (the published coverage includes the enclosure) and on component failure under normal industrial use within the unit's rated environment. Custom and built-to-order configurations carry the same three-year term unless your quote states otherwise.

Not covered

  • Physical damage or impact.
  • Liquid ingress beyond the unit's published rating.
  • Operation outside the published temperature, humidity or input-voltage range.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair by a third party.
  • Consumables and normal wear, including gaskets.

Making a claim

  1. Email us the product or SKU, your order number if you have it, and a description of the fault. Photos help.
  2. We confirm coverage. If the item needs to come back, you get an RMA number: do not ship anything before you have one.

Ratings are manufacturer ratings; the enclosures are not UL listed.
