Shipping
Every enclosure is made to order and ships from Industrial Monitor Direct once it is built. The lead time is confirmed with your order.
How your order ships
- Made to order. Built-to-order units ship once they are built; the lead time is confirmed with your order. Transit time comes on top of that.
- Standard shipping: UPS Ground. Built-to-order units ship via UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited service.
- Expedited shipping. Faster services such as UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout from the destination and package weight.
- Pickup and freight. Local pickup or a third-party freight carrier can be arranged on request: email us for a quote.
Typical transit times
- Contiguous United States: typically 3 to 7 business days by standard shipping, depending on the destination.
- Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: up to 7 to 14 business days.
- Expedited services carry the delivery times specified by the carrier.
International orders
Industrial Monitor Direct ships to select countries. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking and changes
When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. To change or cancel an order before it ships, email us; changes are subject to how far the order has progressed.
