This page explains what this website collects. Orders, checkout and email are handled by Industrial Monitor Direct under its privacy policy, which is the authoritative text.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, products viewed, items added to the cart and checkout starts. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada are asked first: analytics stays off until you accept. Advertising storage and personalization are always off.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also counts page views and page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

Stored in your browser

  • Your cart ID, so the cart is still there when you come back (local storage).
  • Your analytics choice (local storage).
  • Your cutout designer layout, so it is still there when you come back (local storage, this browser only).

Cart, checkout and email

Product information, prices and your cart come from the Industrial Monitor Direct store on Shopify. When you check out you move to the Industrial Monitor Direct checkout, and the information you enter there is handled under the Industrial Monitor Direct privacy policy. Email you send to sales@nema4enclosure.com is received by Industrial Monitor Direct.

Quote requests and uploaded drawings

When you send a quote request (from a product page, the cutout designer or the custom quote page), we store what you enter, your layout and the files you attach on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and send them to the Industrial Monitor Direct sales team to prepare your quote. They are used only to quote and build your order, kept as business records, never sold and not used for marketing lists. We do not send you an automatic email; we reply to you personally. To have a request deleted, email sales@nema4enclosure.com.
