Specifications

A compact housing with a thin, even border around the display and the opening laser-cut to your exact IMD model. Build it two ways: for an IMD 12.1" panel PC, or for an IMD 12.1" touch monitor with an IMD mini PC on a bracket behind it, which gives you a sealed HMI with the computer you choose inside. A gasketed rear cover comes off for service, cable glands sit underneath, and the back takes a VESA 100 arm, a pedestal or a wall mount. Add the operator strip for four 22 mm pushbuttons, pilot lights or an E-stop.

Built for: IMD 12.1" panel PC, or IMD 12.1" touch monitor + IMD mini PC (IMDRT120 / 121 / 122); devices sold separately
Outside dimensions (H x W x D): 10.05 x 14.09 x 3.48 in for a panel PC; 5.87 in deep for monitor + mini PC; 12.96 in high with the operator strip
Display cutout: Cut to the opening of your exact IMD model; largest 12.1" opening 316 x 214 mm
Material: 304 stainless steel, #4 brushed finish
Rating: IP65-type front seal with the display installed (manufacturer rated, not UL listed)
Inside (monitor + mini PC): Galvanized bracket and adapter plate for the mini PC behind the monitor, short internal cable runs
Rear: Removable gasketed cover, 8 screws, VESA 100 pattern
Cable entry: Two cable glands on the bottom; three with the monitor + mini PC build
Operator strip: Optional: four 22.3 mm holes for 22 mm devices (devices not included)
Lead time: Made to order; lead time confirmed with your order

Order it with the display

Add the IMD 12.1" panel PC, or the touch monitor and a mini PC, to the same order and we cut and fit the housing for those units. Ordering the housing alone? Name the IMD models in the order note.

304 stainless: is it the right grade?

304 suits indoor washdown, food and beverage lines and most outdoor installs. For coastal air, brine or chlorinated cleaners, choose 316L. Compare 304 and 316L.
